2011 'Heroes in the Home' Award Recipients

Oakville, Ontario photos - On Thurdsday, December 1st, 21 Oakville residents were presented with Heroes in the Home awards for their outstanding care of others. The 'Heroes' enable the Oakville residents in their care to live fulfilling, dignified lives, despite the limitations of age, illness or disability. The Heroes in the Home awards program is administered by the Mississauga Halton Community Care Access Centre (CCAC).
