Ted Chudleigh, My View: Dalton McGuinty’s Liberal government has been mortgaging Ontario’s future. In fact, the government has borrowed more than 15 per cent of the provincial budget for the last several years. Future taxpayers have to manage this debt instead of spending that money on their own needs.
