Halton Regional Chair Gary Carr greets Halton Region carpoolers, Fabio
Cabarcas and Jasna Filipovic, as they arrive at work. Fabio and Jasna have been
carpooling together from Toronto to the Region's Head Office in Oakville for the
last six months.
