We all know eating more vegetables and fruit is good for us, but do you sometimes feel a little limited by just salads? Put your pots and pans away – we will be creating the entire menu, rich in vitamins and minerals and delicious too. To start off, we will make a mango and avocado lettuce wrap, followed by a curry paella featuring nutrient-dense bulgar and coconut water. We will also make zucchini spirals with marinara sauce. For dessert, we will make a mocha cheesecake that is dairy-free and gluten-free.
