After paying for my dress in full and ordering months before the wedding, it never came!! I called and called and they simply didn't care. Thanks Dormel for ruining my wedding!

I can concur - We can all thank Dormel for ruining a lot of weddings out there! After paying half for my dress, and just realizing they are out of business...I am not only out of my deposit...but now have to hunt for another wedding store that carries my dress - this is horrible! Now how do I get my deposit back?

my bridesmaids bought there dresses on oct 6/09 and on oct 13/09 the store had closed shop and all the deposits and dresses are gone! anyone who went to this store needs to try to contact them! terrible terrible people!

Hi ladies. I, too, purchased my dress back in July, only to find out they disappeared in October, having never ordered my dress. Good news though...if you paid with a credit card you can file a "merchandise not received" dispute and you will get your money back. I have a CIBC Visa and I got the credit today, having only filed the dispute last week. Please contact me if you need help. nataliehakim@hotmail.com

Thankfully I was asked to pick up my dress a week or two before they closed; but I knew nothing of the closure; until my bridesmaids and I went to be fitted and saw the for lease sign!! I'm so sorry for all those who have lost out there and so thankfull that I still have some time to find bridesmaid dresses!

Please spread the word they have closed!!! I found out early, by chance, but there a lot of girls out there that still don't have a clue!! This could ruin their wedding!
