I have been a customer of the Hair Salon or your establishment for over 25 years. On the morning of Tuesday July 26 I visited the Salon for my regular hair cut. Since my regular barber ( a Polish Lady ) was off that morning ,I had to setle for a young barber which was basically my only choice. Not only did he give me a terrible hair cut,but he charged me an extra $2. for what he said was for longer hair which is absolutely not my case. When I questioned him on the extra charge,he claimed that was the Salon's new policy. I paid the extra $2. but you have just lossed a 25 plus year customer.
