“Tune Me Up” in Bronte Village, Oakville. The robins are back. That sweet tweet (the real thing) is a rite of spring that heralds new beginnings. All is brought back to life.

Re-Invigorate-Develop A New Healthy Habit! Do you ever feel like you get into a rut, especially when it comes to exercise? It happens to many of us. On a recent sunny Saturday, I took a walk down the Bronte Road boardwalk, down into the beautiful Heritage Park and out along the Pier. Swans glided by, I had to shield my eyes to see them in the bright sunlight glistening off the lake. They seemed such magical creatures in that light. While out, I encountered joggers, walkers, cyclists, all enjoying the natural splendour we seem to take for granted in Bronte Village, Oakville.
