The campus spawns over 50 acres with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and a world-class testing laboratory for internal certification and qualification. Since its incorporation in April 2006, Solar Semiconductor has quickly become a long term, supplier of choice for many of the world’s largest systems integrators and wholesalers.

Solar Semiconductor will be establishing its first North American manufacturing plant in Oakville in 2010. Over the coming months, the company will be hiring local personnel for their Oakville facility. In 18 months, Solar Semiconductor plans for additional expansion quickly becoming one of Oakville’s top 10 private employers.

Solar Semiconductor’s investment in Oakville fits well with the town’s economic development strategy to attract companies in the knowledge-based and advanced manufacturing sectors.

The article using job hiring to attract the reader but no followup information, like where to apply or get information on jobs with this company. I reads more like an promo ad then a report.
