The 17th annual Downtown Oakville Jazz Festival kicks off this year on August 7, 2009 with FREE concerts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 25 performers on 5 outdoor stages located throughout Downtown Oakville.

Lakeshore Road will be closed starting at 5pm on August 7 for the event. Parking around Downtown Oakville will be very busy, but there are other ways to get downtown for the Jazz Festival.
Oakville Transit will be running a “Special” bus from the Oakville GO Station every 15 minutes, starting at 5:30pm.
