After giving birth to her two children, Jane started pole dancing as a way to get fit, and she enjoyed it so much that she decided to bring the Aradia Fitness program to Oakville, creating the beautiful studio in Kerr Village. Aradia Fitness Oakville opened its doors in 2008 and has been going strong ever since. “A lot of ladies that come in don’t realize that pole dancing is not just about getting a great workout. Pole dancing and sensual fitness classes are offered on a six week session with one class per week. Last year, Aradia expanded their studio space as well as the a few non-pole fitness programs, including Chair Fitness, Sensual Floorwork, and Rock Bottom Bootcamp.
