At Pasquale’s Trattoria in the heart of Oakville, Ontario, one is able to experience the delicious flavours of Italy, its traditions, its charm and friendliness. Approximately 95% of the clientele is repeat business and according to the owner Pasquale, “We take very little for granted. We just do our best.”
Located at 50 Lakeshore Road West in Oakville, east of Kerr Street, Pasquale’s Trattoria invites you to come and taste the traditions of Papa Calogero and Pasquale’s Italian cuisine. The roots of these delicious dishes go as far back as 1966 when Papa Calogero opened his first restaurant. Many of the Calogero’s traditional dishes have been embedded into the heart of Pasquale’s Trattoria. The atmosphere is casual and Pasquele’s Trattoria is intimate. The menu is varied. The food is delicious. A reservation to dine here is a must – as they usually are serving a “full house”.

Gamberi (huge tiger shrimp)
We ordered delicious Calamari Fritte, lightly dusted and fried, and a fresh Caesar salad to begin our meal. This was followed by melt-in-your-mouth Vitello Parmigiano, breaded veal with mozzarella and tomato sauce, and Gamberi, huge tiger shrimp, grilled to perfection. Both orders were accompanied by the chef’s penne in tomato sauce. Pasquale’s menu offers many delightful choices including Antipasti treats, soups, salads, pizza, pasta, chicken, veal and fish. Featured is a wide choice of daily specials, all using only the freshest and best of ingredients. For dessert we were delighted with the beautifully presented Lemon Sorbet, the Chocolate Raspberry Tartufo and a steaming Coffee Latte. No Italian meal is complete without a good wine. Pasquale’s Trattoria’s selection is varied enough to suit even the most discerning of palates.
The service at Pasquale’s Trattoria deserves special mention. Pasquale, the owner, was as attentive as our waiter, checking often to see that we were completely satisfied. He wants each guest to have an exemplary dining experience. Everyone was attentive, friendly and wanting to be of assistance in any way possible. This was a taste of Italy with all its tradition, charm, friendliness and many varied dishes prepared and designed to excite your taste-buds! – right here in Oakville.

Pasquale’s Trattoria is open Tuesday to Friday from 11:30am to 11:00 pm and Saturday 4pm -11:00pm. They are closed Mondays, and are happy to book a larger event for you on Sundays.
