Bring your classic car out of storage and rev up the engine! The Classic Car Show is looking for vintage and classic cars for the July car show
The automotive industry has gone places that no one could have ever predicted. So, what if we could go back in time to see where it all began?
The Town of Oakville invites you to show off your automotive gem at the Classic Car Show hosted by the Sir John Colborne Recreation Centre for Seniors – because a classic never goes out of style!
“We encourage anyone wanting to showcase their vintage or classic car to the community to register,” said Sharon Bee, recreation coordinator for the Town of Oakville. “It’s a popular event for not only car enthusiasts, but for anyone looking for a fun evening out.”
The Classic Car Show will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2010, from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Sir John Colborne Recreation Centre for Seniors parking lot. In the event of
inclement weather, July 15, 2010 will be the Car Show rain date.
To register your vintage or classic car, please contact the centre at 905-815-5960 or Julie Pennal, Assistant Coordinator at jpennal@oakville.ca.
The deadline for registration is June 30, 2010. Registration is free.
