Come out and enjoy Oakville’s Canada Day celebrations in Bronte Village!

Canada Day Celebrations

Bronte Village and The Town of Oakville invite you to enjoy Oakville’s Canada Day Celebration on Wednesday, July 1st in beautiful Bronte Village (southwest Oakville) on Lake Ontario.

Admission is FREE !!

From the Bronte BIA web site:

Leave your car at home if possible and take the bus to Bronte. Parking is free there will be restrictions and road closures south of Marine Drive will be in effect for everyone’s safety. Please be patient.

Bring your lawn chairs, hats, sunscreen, kiddies and strollers, and prepare to spend the day with us.

Mayor Rob Burton will urge the thousands gathered to join our headliner in the singing of ‘Oh Canada’ as we lead into the spectacular show of the whole event, the magnificent fireworks show off Bronte Pier…..the Big Bang!

Schedule of Events

The day’s events include:

  • outdoor food sampling
  • vendor’s bazaar
  • displays from local artist’s
  • kids stuff, face-painting, balloons, bouncy castles and more
  • quality entertainment from 18 award-winning acts
  • spectacular fireworks show at 10:15pm
