The start of Daylight Saving Time in Canada is at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 9, 2014. That means it’s time to turn your clocks forward one hour and lose an hour of sleep!
Experts suggest that this is also a good time to check the batteries in some important household safety equipment such as:
· smoke detectors
· CO detectors
Time will fall back to Standard Time once again this year at 2 a.m. on the first Sunday in November, which is Sunday, November 2, 2014 this year.
